Placing an Order
All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by WELLBAUS
Price Variation
WELLBAUS may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes or mistakes made by supplies
In the case of price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to WELLBAUS, which must be received within seven days of the price increase notification
Stock Availability
If a product is not listed on the web site then it not available for sale with online orders
Payment
Unless a prior agreement has been made with On-line, goods will not be shipped until full payment is received.

Refund Policy
If an order has been received and it is incorrect through the fault of WELLBAUS, if well be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge will be given upon it's return to the WELLBAUS warehouse. Products ordered incorrectly by the customer can be refunded upon its arrival at the WELLBAUS warehouse and inspection by WELLBAUS staff confirm the product was returned with 7days of dispatch and unopened. The refund will not be given until th goods have arrived and been inspeceted at our warehouse. Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage cost for the items being return to:
